I have two problems:

1) Domain not supported

Step a) I sign up free on zoho.com

Step b) I create email address: info@hammerheads.ae

Step c) It asks me input my domain. I type in www.hammerheads.ae

Result: Domain not supported.

I know zoho supports this domain but I dont know why im getting this message. 

My assumption - My email is not created.

2) Sign in Error

When I try to sign up i get the below message. How can they send an email to info@hammerheads.ae when its not been created? To resolve this problem, my hosting platform - siteground recommended that I create a webmail with them. That way, when I sign up through Zoho, I would get the message to my webmail. However that did not happen. Please advise how to proceed.

We sent an email from  Zoho Team  to  info@hammerheads.ae .
