Domain registration

Domain registration

Good morning, dear all.

When attempting to create a "custom" email for my brand, I was informed that the domain www.pratuacasa.com.br is associated with the account "c*****o@p*****" As a result, I do not have permission to proceed with registration on the link "https://mailadmin.zoho.com/hosting?plan=free".

How can I proceed to create the email given the inconsistency presented?

I registered the domain on 10/25/2024.

If necessary, I am available to provide evidence, such as a contract, screenshots (attached as registrobr_dominio.png), and/or emails from the registro.br site.
