Domain renewal problems/ not take
Dear Zoho,
We'd like to redeem our domain and email activity. The domain has expired on 29 April 2025 We've tried to renew the domain for our email with you (info@bittuinfra.co.in many times. But every time we fill the information and press the Pay button in Zoho Payment page, it stays on the loading and nothing happens. We used an alternate browser but the same problem happened. As you can see in the screenshot attached.
We have contacted you through emails and calling your number several times but we didn't get a reply. We don't know what to do right now. Please, this is urgent. Help us to solve it.
