Domain Verification

I can't seem to get my domain verified from ZOHO, my domain is through 123reg and I have my webpage hosted by Wix, I have the setting set in 123reg for connecting my domain to Wix, but when i try linking ZOHO with 123reg, it can't verify, any ideas what to do.
