Domain verification and lack of support

Lack of clear support driving me nuts!!!  Can't verify my domain.  Tried and tried yesterday and today.  No one will answer the phone.  No one will answer my emails.  Just about to give up on Zoho and go somewhere else!!!!!!!  No need to ask for help here as I doubt I'll get it!!!
