I have managed to verify belamedical.com and set users and email. I tried the HTML, checked all and still failed. Also, I cannot seem to get the CNAME correct for zoho.belamedical.com which I wanted to use for the main portal.
CNAME Record is zbdf6b973d.zoho.belamedical.com
Take the value to zbdf6b973d and point it to zrs.zoho.com
I do not understand the directions above. Below is what I have to work with on 1and1.com
