Domain Verification Failed

We are currently changing out email host to Zoho. We have previously used Smarta Business Builder who purchased the domain and managed it through Enom. In order to make changed to our records we had to request that Smarta made any changes as they would not give us access to the domain log in details. 

We request that out DNS and CNAME records were changed to verify our domain and start using Zoho tonight. Our Smarta emails went down a few hours ago but verification is failing with Zoho. As the emails are no longer available and we are out of office ours I have no way of contacting Smarta to enquire as to why the changes have been unsuccessful. 

I, myself, do not have an in-depth understanding of how these procedures work and have relied on the knowledge and co-operation of Smarta greatly to make these changes effectively. 

Can anyone explain to me why our domain has not bee verified and why we cannot yet access our Zoho mail?
