I own bankgallery.in. I want to set up an email service. I followed every instruction down to the individual characters of the instructions to verify:

1. My DNS provider BigRock domains is not on the list, so I choose [OTHER] and I have also tried the option Cname to register
2. I add the respective CNAME and TXT names and values to my BigRock domain manager to bankgallery.in
3. I use BigRock to host my site. 
4. I have multiple times checked the values to see if they're correct from zoho to my BigRock domain manager control panels.

I am still not able to verify the domain. Attached is the expiry details of the Domain and Name that has been registered.
