domain verification failure
Hi, I own ubilight.com domain and want to use it as my domain name with zoho. I have tried both methods to verify my domain but both result in "domain verification failed" message. Please advice how to proceed from here.
a) HTML file method used:
I uploaded html file to http://ubilight.com/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html
the file displays the correct code.
when this didn't work
b) I tried to use the CNAME method: created a CNAME alias with my domain hosting company
It doesn't let any "web forwards" from the newly created alias - only to http://zrs.zoho.com.
only the actual name - ubilight.com could be redirected to http://zrs.zoho.com which I did. Still doesn't work. I would appreciate any suggestions how to address this.
