[Urgent] Domain Verification Failure

We are unable to verify our domain (gesif.com.br) to use ZohoMail. Please review the attached error. We are waiting for a solution to this error as soon as possible.


Days ago, we had created the user gesif@gesif.com.br to perform some general tests, we started the configuration of ZohoMail (in this occasion the domain was verified successfully). Afterwards, we resolved to exclude all testing of modules and user accounts created (including the domain had been verified successfully) in order to clean any of our records from within the Zoho database.


We restart the creation of the users of our organization primarily by ZohoMail, but at the moment of checking the domain, the system has an "operation not permitted" error, so we can not continue the configuration process From ZohoMail.


With this solution we will be able to contract this (ZohoMail) and other modules (like CRM, Docs, Projects, etc.).
