Domains/Users/Change Login Email IDs - Why?


Okay I have just started using zoho mail, and it is good to see that there is a very good alternative to google apps, which I am using at the moment but would like to change to something else. Seeing as I have a lot of doubts over googles privacy.

But what I don't understand is why the configuration for users and domains are split over 3 menu items.

What is even more confusing is that under Users I have my user and it says my email address for this is one thing, and under Mail Administration it says it is another?

Why is there not just one menu item where all of this is unified and all can be administered in a simple way.

I mean I am liking zoho mail at the moment, but I wil not be moving from google apps which has a simple set up, to this until these things are sorted out. The whole administration for mail and domains just seems very counterintuitive.

I am looking at this as Aplha software at the moment, because it has a long way to go before I can trust my email and administration with this.
