After investing time and effort in using Zoho books it appears they have removed our invoice templates. Now we are trying to generate invoices and we are stuck with invoices that are not legal in our country.
This is not my first experience with Zoho and their lack of development and customer service. Features promised, never materialize and key features are removed without consultation.
Rather look elsewhere lest you invest all your effort only to find after 2 years of working with the product they remove a key feature like invoice customization and you are no longer able to make your invoices legal in your own country.
