Dont get emails by Outlook

Hi!

I have a problem with my super administrator account at Outlook. It cant authenticate. I've tried change the password, the pop and smtp configs, and got not sucess. I dont know why, but this account is associated with my gmail personal email, that is my zoho login account. I created a second user and it works normally in my Outlook. Do you know whats can be happening?
