Double booking consultants
I've read through all the past posts that mention problems with double booking appointments. While Zoho Bookings staff have made posts announcing that the issue(s) are fixed, in 2023 it appears that they really are not fixed. We are constantly, and seemingly randomly, getting double bookings in Zoho Bookings.
Our company does business management consulting. We have eight full-time consultants (and adding more) trying to accept appointments through Bookings. All use Google calendar and have their calendar integrated with Bookings. We've been trying to use Bookings for the past 2 years and are ready to give up. In fact, a few of our consultants already have, and refuse to use Bookings because it's unreliable and double books time slots on their Google Calendar.
Does anyone have a real solution to the double booking problem involving Google calendar? I read one post that recommends deleting calendar integrations and re connecting them. I've done this multiple times--adding to my frustration and our consultants' frustration--and had no success in solving the problm. This is our last hope for saving our investment in Zoho Bookings.
Does Bookings actually work with Google calendar reliably or do we need to move back to Calendly?
