Downgrading and Billing

Hi,

I am a Yearly subscription users with 10 users of Zoho CRM. The total fees for the 10 users have been paid for upfront. After using for 3 months we need to downgrade it to 5 users as our number of users has reduced.

Question: How do we get a pro-rated refund as we are no longer using the 5 users for 9 months (12 - 3)?

I have sent an enquiry on this to support@zohocrm.com since 7th June 2013 and have not gotten a reply till today.
