Downgrading Zoho email to free version

Downgrading Zoho email to free version

Hello,

I am using the 10GB plan and would like to downgrade to the free version.

1. If I downgrade will I get 25 free users with 5GB storage ?
2. For my users who now have used more than 5GB (eg 7GB usage) what happens if I downgrade the plan. Will they loose all data ?

3. How can I change the recovery phone number for the admin panel.
