We having one email account with 4.5 GB total storage size. Now we would like to user pop3 ( not IMAP ) so that its download to the local system and Zoho space will get free.
Now we did all changes and configured thunderbird for that account. But only last 2 month data getting downloaded and still more than 1 years data in Zoho account.
Please help to download all emails to the local system and only last 30 days emails on the server.
Is any special setting?
It's more than 2-month-old account. Old server data migrated to Zoho account and now we facing space issue due to the limit of 5 GB. So need steps to free space.
