download attachments as files -- login for FileDownloader app not working

Hello Zoho,

Back in March, I posted a topic about downloading attached files as docs. I received a response about an app that I downloaded and I remember this working really well - https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/download-all-attachments-as-docs

However, I just tried doing this again, and my login credentials get rejected. Is there anything that's changed that affects the behavior of this app? It is REALLY useful.
