DOWNLOAD Link Button does not work on iPhone / mobile

DOWNLOAD Link Button does not work on iPhone / mobile

The download button does not work on iPhone. See screenshot. It works fine on PC, desktop, iPad, but on iPhone, it just does not work. Clicking on the button does not give a download prompt.

Given 90% of our clients use a phone to download, this is a significant problem.
