I added several POP accounts to my hosted zoho email service however I am unable to download or extract these messages from Zoho.  Since I opted to delete the messages from the server because there wasn't *anything* in the documentation alerting me to this problem, My emails are now stuck in Zoho.

How do I get them out?  I tried setting up a migration but since the emails have already been added there is nothing on the original server.  I tried exporting 12 months worth of email messages but when I open the .eml zip file there is nothing there.  I've tried importing the .eml file into Outlook, also without any luck. 

If, I add a forward messages to will that forward the existing messages into my zoho inbox so I can get at least download them or will it only work for new messages.
