Downloading attachments from Gmail onto Zoho CRM

Is there a way to download attachments from our Gmail onto Zoho CRM (onto the documents module)?

Are there any apps or anything that can facilitate this? We're a contract cleaning company and prospective cleaners will send documents to us (Passport / proof of address etc) in order to register with the company. They'll send their documents via email - the cleaners have profiles in a customer module called 'Cleaners' - we add their documents as attachments. At the moment we have to download the documents onto desktop, rename the document, and then upload the documents from within Zoho CRM - this is a pretty elongated way of going about things.

We don't really want to download the files onto Google Drive and then download them onto Zoho - we'd rather download direct into the documents module on Zoho CRM.
