The CRM has been down since about 1PM ET. The support link does not work. The guy on the phone just whined about how much they have to do to get it back up after a power outage and promised first 1 hour, then 1-2 hours, then "or so".

I can find no info on the uptime SLA. Guess it is time to start looking for a dependable CRM.
