Drag and Drop Files from Desktop to Document Library

Document Library in Zoho CRM gives you the benefit of -

Saving storage space
Sharing files easily
Keeping files organized for quick reference
Avoiding duplicate versions of the same document
Sending documents as attachments in emails

You can add one more benefit to this list: Saving time with the hassle free uploading of files using the drag and drop option. Spending time in search of the right files in your computer and then uploading them maybe a little bit tedious. Instead, you can drag and drop files from your desktop to the Document Library in Zoho CRM and quickly be done with your work and move on to the next task.

Along with this drag and drop option, we have another enhancement too! Now, you can also upload folders (with a maximum of 10 files in it, each not more than 20 MB in size) to your Documents Library in Zoho CRM.

Please note that the option to upload folders is available only when you access Zoho CRM in Google Chrome.
