'Drag' elements to page... doesn't work

My last website builder allowed me to drag and drop elements on to the page. I can drag elements in Zoho, but when I release the mouse to 'drop' them.... nothing... no element on the page.

I don't have all day to waste, so maybe there's a simple solution?
