Drip campaigns - add/remove based on lead status in Zoho CRM
Hope I can explain this in an easy to understand way and if not, I apologize. So here it goes:
I am looking to set up a drip campaign for leads that have not yet been contacted to go out in intervals based on the number of days after being added as a lead (submitting a webform inquiry.)
I have several lead statuses in my Leads Module but I want leads to be added to a drip campaign when they are put into a specific status and then removed from the campaign when they are moved out of that specific status and/or converted to a contact/deal.
My first two lead statuses are:
1.) "Awaiting Contact" (Brand New Lead From Web Submission that hasn't been called yet)
2.) "Contact in Progress" (Lead has been called at least once but not contacted and it will stay in this status until contact is made)
I want them to be added to a drip campaign after the initial contact attempt was made but not answered when they are moved to the "Contact in Progress" status. The lead will then stay in that status and therefore that drip campaign until contact is made. Then once contact is made and they are moved out of the status "Contact in Progress" to any other status and/or converted to a contact/deal — I'd like them removed from said drip campaign.
What would be the easiest way to achieve this? Messed around with the workflows but doesn't seem possible so my only other idea would be to do a flow or zap through Zapier or Zoho flow but even that might be difficult. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
