I am trialling Zoho for a charity that I do some fundraising for. I am looking to insert a drop down field for some of the fields that I have created. Examples would be

Year entered university (drop down of 100 years)

or

Position held within club (Club Captain, Club Secretary held)

Is this available in the free version? From what I could see it is a custom field and I have used all of my custom fields. How can I delete custom fields to add a different one?
