Let say, I have two forms:

1. Items (ID, Name)

2. PriceList (ID, ItemID, Price)

In this variant if I make in PriceList a dropdown box with ItemID it will be very unconviniend, while very complicate to define item mane by item id. But this dropdown will be unique.

Another variant is to put instead of ItemID an ItemName. It will be visible, but not correct for table connections (it must be made through ID)

So, how to show in form PriceList dropdown with Item Names, but after choise save in PriceList ID from Items table ?
