I'm value to buy Zoho CRM. Actually I use very basic CRM and I'm pretty confuse...

My old CRM it very simple and now I don't found this 3 dummy features:

1. send proposal to lead

2. track email between me and the lead

Can you help? 

Also there is some webinar to lear how work with Zoho?
