I haven't made a change to the zoho form in question and yet it has suddenly started sending a duplicate confirmation email to the customer  (and us as we are copied in). The form is embedded in our website. The first email referrer name is our website and the duplicate is the URL for the form which makes me think it's a glitch related to embeded forms. Would it be possible to fix this or let me know what I should do?
