Duplicate E-Mails

I deleted my Zoho mail account on January 3rd, but continue to receive up to 5 e-mails a day from Zoho confirming that the account is closed. I've e-mailed and Tweet Zoho to resolve the issue at least five times, to no avail. Please help.
