Duplicate Emails appearing in CRM
I have a problem where we have multiple people sharing a common account in Microsoft Exchange in the Cloud so they all see the same inbox, sent items, etc.
We are using IMAP integration. So far we have we have 2 people connected with Office 365 and 1 with Outlook 2007.
Contact emails show once in outlook sent items but are duplicated in Zoho CRM.
I am worried that as we bring more users on we may end up with mass duplication.
Any thoughts
