Duplicate entries in my reports

Duplicate entries in my reports

I have a very basic report where I want to show entries for a specific date. I have created a date field and that is the only criteria that I use.

I get a display of all client records with that specific date, which is exactly what I want.

However, I get from 1 to 4 lines (records) for CRM record. Why do I not just see the client one time.

If I am doing something wrong, then please tell me.
