Duplicate entries when importing calendar

I maintain my calendar on my desktop, using Korganiser (part of Kmail), and import it into Zoho Mail to synchronise them. I actually can't import the calendar directly from my desktop, even though it is in ical format. I have to import it into my Google calendar, then export the Google private ical calendar, then import that file into Zoho.

However, when I import it, all the entries are added to the Zoho calendar, so any existing entry is duplicated. Is there anyway of preventing that so that I don't get multiple copies of events in the Zoho calendar?


I think Zoho is great, but a calendar that I could use more easily would be very welcome.
