Duplicate entry

I'm a newbie of zoho. I don't know how to delete duplicate in my entry in my look up field. Here is the sample:

wood
wood
apple
apple
apple

My look up field is connected to the my table "Products Sold". What I want is to delete the duplicate in my look up field.

Another is in the view of my multi-select look up field. In the table connected to multi-select look-up field here is the sample:

Nelson --- barangay A
barangay B
barangay C
The above sample is correct since Nelson has 3 barangays in control.

But when I make a view on this table, only 1 barangay showed and the other 2 are not.

I'm trying to find questions that are being answered in this forum that are similar to my problems but I could not find.
