Here is my intended usage:
- create a workspace with all of our files
- allow certain users to only see certain folders within the workspace
So I have uploaded all our files and folder structure to my workspace, but now there are two copies of every file. The entire file collection is loaded into my "all files" folder with none of the folder structure and it is also inside the workspace.
This would be fine except that on the PCs where I am syncing the files, they are also duplicated. One time in the main "Zoho Docs" folder with none of the folder structure, just dumped into one folder. And again inside a "workspaces" sub folder, which has all the correct folder structure.
I tried switching the setting to "sync only workspaces" but it still copies duplicates of the files.
How can I just share our entire file repository with my other Zoho users? Without duplicate files preferably.
