As you may know, while it's easy to duplicate views, the same is not true for forms. The best to to duplicate a form is to view its "form definition with action", copy the code, create a new blank form, and then paste-in that code. This is a bit of a runaround but works. I tried to explain this to a client and they came away more confused. It would be nice to have an option to duplicate forms.
The same client also asked if I could provide some custom from templates. Alas, this is not possible. It would benefit the developers to have an ability to offer custom form templates (including code) for clients.
