Duplicate Leads (Companies / Persons)

I have set up Zoho so that there are no duplicate emails allowed, is there a way to set up Zoho to not allow more than one company name being created?


i.e. I don't want two of my sales guys looking after one company because two individuals have requested a quote from us? I'd want one Sales Rep looking after the whole "account"?
