I have set up a report via my dashboard which appears to be pulling in duplicate records:

From the screenshot attached there does not seem to be any correlation as to why these are appearing as duplicates.  For example:

L'Autre Pied - appears on the report 3 times.  There is only one record.  

Looking at the account in more detail:

There are 4 closed jobs, 2 for the current month and 2 for last month 

There are 2 contacts on the account

There are no open jobs/tasks.

I can't see a direct correlation.

This is causing us quite a few issues and creating problems in our reporting.  

Could you please advise how we can resolve this.
