(a) How do we add additional filters to remove duplicates during imports? I would like the import function to look for first name or last name or email address or company, etc..just not the email address that is currently the modus operandi.
(b) Zoho now checks for duplicates only at the lead module. I would like to check for duplicates during the import process across all modules, that is...lead, contact, account, potential, etc.
