duplicate taxes and authorities

duplicate taxes and authorities

I have already setup my tax authorities, taxes, and groups in books.

When I enable taxes in commerce it adds it's own tax authorities, taxes, and groups in books.

How can I have commerce associate with what's already there? This is going to mess up my reporting.
