Hi, hope someone can help.
We're noticing that Zoho CRM is duplicating accounts for us but we can't figure out ryhme or reason for it.
There are accounts identical to each other, with the same information even though there is only one account with the name, appearing in call lists. We've got a report showing all calls to be made 'till yesterday' and several of the accounts show in the list 3-7 times. There is only one contact on the account so we can't figure out why the duplication has been made.
Can anyone help?
