I have a problem with CRM and my duplicated contacts. Hope someone can help.

I'm trying to create a View List for a mass email out of Contacts. However when i created the list I end up getting a number of duplicated contacts. I ran the deduplicate contacts and studied the results.

Turns out that the Contacts themselves are not duplicated. Rather the view list I created made a contact for each contact and the same subsequent contact for each product that that contact has listed on their page. For example for a Contact Tom Jones who has four products listed I would have tom Jones listed four times on the view.

Any ideas on how i might address this directly, or a work around.

Greatly appreciate any helpful feedback.
