I have built a customized report to view one of our users Events/Check in Status to ensure he is completing his weekly call cycle. The modules I have used are: Event, Account and Notes. The fields I have chosen on the report are: Related To, Title, From, To, Note Content, Checked In Status, Checked In Time. 

The problem I am having though is that the records appearing are duplicated
