Duplicating Account

We have two companies and have Zoho CRM up and running for one. We want to use Zoho CRM for our newer second company. Is there a way duplicate the accounts and contact to a second Zoho CRM company. The two companies have the roughly the same accounts, but all the notes, attachments, events etc would make it very messy to just add a few new user accounts to the exist company.
