Does anyone have any good work arounds for the lack of dynamic date fields in CRM?
I want to be able to create reports and formula fields for things like:
- A particular date has expired ie: Today > [Date field]
- A particular date has not yet expired ie: Today < [Date field]
- A customer record has had no activity for x days
- A list of customers bought from me more than x days ago eg: customers who have not bought something from me, based on a date field, for more than 1 year
Technical Support have advised me that there are no real plans to introduce dynamic fields, so I'm wondering if anyone would like to share successful work arounds for these scenarios.
