We would like to request a feature enhancement in Zoho CRM that allows filtering and mass updating records by dynamically comparing values between two fields within the same record, without needing to specify fixed values.

Requested Capabilities:

1. Filtering: Enable users to filter records where the value of one field is equal to (or different from) the value in another field within the same record. The comparison should be dynamic, meaning the system treats the second field as a variable rather than requiring predefined values.
2. Mass Update: Allow bulk updates to a field’s value, but only in records where two other fields match (or differ).

Current Limitation:

As of now, Zoho CRM does not support filtering records by comparing one field's value with another field dynamically. This limitation affects filters, custom views, and reports, making it difficult to manage records efficiently.

Adding this functionality would greatly enhance record management by allowing dynamic comparisons without requiring manual workarounds.
