Dynamic values

Hi,

I'm trying prepare a user friendly process for creating the tasks and calls for specific set of Accounts or Contacts, but the customization possibilities are limiting.

- When I create tasks for the Accounts the Subject of the task is simple text..
- In the Workflow you can not set it dynamically either.
- I can customize the Task list yes but can I customize All Tasks view (picture) because this view isn't giving any information. (no Related To , no Time) which is a crucial information for the user working with customers in a row.

Can you provide an alternative ?
