I'm aiming to get a dynamic filter working across my Zoho datafile t
o answer enquiries from web visitors, I currently search manually thru my Outlook 2010 Contacts database and cut & paste selected details from each vendor into an email reply.
I envisage using a dynamic filter like the ones available in MS Access [and Excel worksheets, see attached sample] to select the vendors for inclusion in the report to be embedded or attached to the guest email with my standard email signature/logo etc..
