I have in CRM some custom fields (checkbox) which I want to update automatically. 

We have different subscriptions that we offer to our customer. 

The goal is to set the checkboxes (each checkbox represents a subscription we offer) to true if the customer has subscribed to the subscription. 

How can I automate this? 

PS: We are using Zoho subscription to handle the subscriptions.
