I use ZOHO CRM, I would like to know how is that a user, when he creates an alert with a reminder by e-mail, receives this e-mail on two addresses e-mails?

For example: a commercial creates an alert with a reminder by e-mail, it receives an alert on its own address and what his assistant receives an e-mail on his address.
